Incinerators and boilers are the core equipment of waste incineration facilities. It is necessary to keep producing these units with a certain level of quality or higher, without fail, from the engineering drawings. As EBARA Environmental Plant is a part of the EBARA Group, EBARA Environmental Plant which engages in manufacturing. Based on the idea that we must responsibly produce the equipment that is the core of waste incineration facilities, we set up Ebara Qingdao Co., Ltd. in 1992. It currently manufactures the incinerators and boilers for waste incineration facilities and energy plants delivered by EBARA Group. for which orders have been received by EBARA Environmental Plant.

Ebara Qingdao Co., Ltd.

Ebara Qingdao Co., Ltd. is a boiler manufacturer based in China. It obtained a Class A boiler manufacturing license from General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China in 2003. It is allowed to design and manufacture boilers without limits on boiler pressure or capacity. In 2016, it obtained the S and U stamps from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) to establish a system for fulfilling the orders of overseas customers outside of Japan and China. Its production volume reached around 6,000 tons per year in 2018. In 2000, it acquired ISO 9001 certification from Germany-based technology certification body TÜV. This enables it to secure the trust of customers inside and outside China.

Ebara Qingdao Co., Ltd. processes tubes and plates into components. Then, it welds, assembles, straightens, tests and inspects the components to produce fabricated metal products that differ from project to project. It must efficiently produce different designs of boilers and other fabricated metal products while ensuring quality. It strives to develop automatic welding robots in which welding is controlled by sensors and programs instead of human eyes and brains.
